QUIZ & RAFFLE. LEGAL BASIS
The fact of playing the quiz implies that the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.
EHI organizes this raffle with the goal of encouraging users to register on the EHI website.
This promotional action will be active for people of 18 years or older, delegates at the IUNS -ICN (Quiz available only in the Stand of EHI ) that took place in Granada between 16th and 20th September 2013 .
A 16GB iPad2 valued at € 399.00 will be raffled among all participants who meet the following requirements:
- To be 18 years old or older
- Insert/provide a valid email address
- Complete the Quiz
- Validate/confirm registration to the EHI website to be included in the Hydration Network, following the indications provided by email.
Only one entry per person is allowed. This means that each person can only register once. Anyone involved more than once, but from different email addresses could be disqualified from the raffle.
The election will be random (computer application) among all participants who meet the requirements to participate, on 16th October 2013. 3 names will be chosen: the winner, the first alternate and second alternate.
The winner will be contacted via email within a maximum period of two days after the draw (17th or 18thOctober 2013). In this email, he/she will be informed of the raffle results and about how to proceed to apply for the award.
If the winner is unavailable, rejects the award or doesn’t reply before October 28th, EHI will proceed to contact the first alternate. If that happens again, the second alternate will be contacted.
If none of these 3 claim the prize, the draw will be void: the prize will not be awarded.
The EHI is responsible for contacting the winner and arrange prize shipping with him/her. The EHI will notify the winner the shipping and handling costs and the winner must agree and confirm the EHI that he/she will take care of the shipping and handling costs.
